New SEBS Materials

Short Description:

By distributing styrene into the middle segment of the ethylene butene sequence structure of SEBS, a new block copolymer with a certain random distribution of butadiene and styrene is formed. Through selective hydrogenation technology, the product has high hardness and provides high initial toughness and rigidity, endowing the material with weak polarity while retaining the high elasticity of traditional SEBS. Compared with traditional SEBS of the same molecular level, it has lower viscosity and better processing fluidity. It can be widely used in blend formulations, modification of thermoplastic plastics, and modification of adhesives, sealants, coatings, and asphalt.


The Zhongli Q55 series products have excellent stress cracking resistance and can replace flexible PVC for use in toys, packaging, pharmaceutical components, sports goods, wires and cables, and construction products.
